-Install, configure online exam application and supported software referring the user manual provided by Sify.
-Implement and support pre-exam, on exam day and post-exam activities as defined by Sify
-Identify and trouble shoot basic network issues – LAN cable connection, Exam Server IP reachability etc.,
-Help in training of invigilators
-Timely reporting of information related to exams to Sify SPOC/Helpdesk
-Should adhere to all processes and procedure are followed as defined in exam manual
-Vendors need to have regional level org structure for normal reporting and escalations
