- Meet Clients and pitch for products/services as per clients' needs.
- Direct handling of walk-in clients and follow-ups.
- Develop new clients in the designated industry sector or discipline.
- Achieve revenue, profit and number of targets month on month basis for self.
- Stay focused on Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s.
- Build strategic relationships with key clients.
- Coordinating with the customers regarding due payments.
- Generating Leads and transfer it to the Executives.
Assigning targets to the team and monitoring their daily sales activity accordingly.
- Prepare and submit Weekly/Monthly MIS report to the seniors.
- Develop and adhere to approved policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Primary role of servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects / campaigns of the client
- Understanding client’s business and relationship marketing requirements
- Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them.
- Pitching to clients for new projects
- Generate revenues from the serviced accounts
- De-briefing other departments such as Creative, Operations, and Technology and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief
Working knowledge of Ms Excel & Power Point
- Experience in handing different CRMs & six sigma methodologies preferred
- Ability to handle escalations and pacify irate clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English language capability. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
Real estate Sales
Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction
- Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits
