1. Expertise in Team Sales
2. Should be able to work on projects catering to all levels including HNI
3. Well knowledge of residential and commercial projects/ properties
4. Manage and expand broker/ agent network
5. Responsible for sales revenue generation
6. Acquiring new business through references, networking.
7. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
8. Should be target driven & self motivated
9. Should be confident, presentable having excellent communication skills.
10. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
11. Reviewing team sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
12. Must have relevant experience in real estate sales
13. Must have team leading skills
